The journey from Puerto Princesa to El Nido usually takes around 5-6 hours by van. Travel time may increase to allow collection and drop-off of different passengers.
When you arrive at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals with a sign displaying your name. If you requested for hotel pick up, the driver will be coming to your hotel at the requested time and will be waiting for you at the main lobby.
Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Booking Confirmation order by email. If your booking is accepted, a voucher will be sent to you via email. The voucher will serve as your proof of purchase and you must provide it to the transportation company/driver in order to redeem your ticket.
The shuttle van will pick up passengers at their respective hotels within Puerto Princesa city centre or at an airport.
If you want to be picked up from Puerto Princesa airport, please let us have your flight details (airline, flight number and estimated arrival time). When you arrive at the airport, our representative/driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals with a sign displaying your name.
If your flight is delayed or arrive ahead of schedule, please contact us immediately. In the event of a delay and the allocated driver has to leave the airport prior to the arrival, you will be placed on the next available transfer that is going to the requested destination.
There is a 30-minute pick-up window (Example: if your pick-up time is 9:00 AM; your window is 9.00AM to 9:30 AM). This 30-minute window is necessary to accommodate the delays which may arise from picking up other passengers from multiple hotels.
Passengers need to be ready at the designated pick-up time, but the vehicle may arrive any time within that 30-minute window and will be considered within its on-time schedule.
The arrival point of the shuttle van is Corong Corong Market Terminal in El Nido. From the Corong Corong Terminal you have to take a short tricycle ride to your hotel in El Nido town. The shuttle van can drop you off at your hotel in El Nido if is located along the Corong Corong beach
There are no strict restrictions on your baggage and no weight limit. However, if you have any special luggage requirements/sports equipment, please let us know before booking
